THE HORSE OF COURSE ADDS KIM HERSLOW TO STABLE OF ELITE RIDERS
CLAREMORE, Okla., Sept. 25, 2017- The Horse of Course is proud to announce a new partnership with dressage rider Kim Herslow. Herslow joins a growing number of elite dressage riders and professional equestrians currently partnering with the nation’s top dressage shop.
“We couldn’t be happier to have Kim join The Horse of Course’s elite group of riders,” said Beth Haist, founder and CEO of The Horse of Course.
“Beth always carries a variety of cutting edge apparel and show clothes, like the new Italian line Iago. She also has a great selection of Konig boots in stock and has been able to help me in a pinch when I needed new boots fast. She has helped me create a shadbelly that is unique and flattering for my body type. Beth is also very knowledgeable about bits and fitting them correctly to each individual horse,” said Herslow.
Herslow is also a fan of Sommer saddles. “The Sommer saddle offers the best balance and support of my seat over the horses backs, and the nice wide panels provide my horses with superior comfort and freedom of movement. They are adjustable to fit every type of horse so you can own it for life. Even the most sensitive horses I train are happier and more willing to work with the freedom and support that a Sommer gives. Marty is amazing with fitting the saddles perfectly as well as coming regularly to make adjustments as needed.”
Kim Herslow owns and operates Upper Creek Farm in Stockton, New Jersey. She is a USDF Gold Medalist, winner of the FEI Intermediaire I Freestyle CDI* at the 2015 Adequan Global Dressage Festival Week 7, and member of the gold medal-winning 2015 Stillpoint Farm FEI Nations Cup team. Herslow also had the prestigious honor of representing the United States at the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto, where she and Rosmarin played an important role in winning the team gold medal. They were ranked as the top horse and rider combination for both team days in score rankings. Herslow is dedicated to proper training for herself and her students, and is mentored by dressage legend Debbie McDonald.
